DIY Natural Flu “Shot” Immune Boost

  • 1 teaspoon sweet almond oil
  • 1 teaspoon argan oil
  • 1 teaspoon shea butter
  • 3 to 4 drops Manuka honey or raw honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon aloe gel
  • 1 tablespoon non-nano zinc oxide


  1. Brown the ground beef until well cooked in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Remove and set aside.

  2. Chop and add onions, peppers, and squash or zucchini to the pan and saute, stirring constantly, until starting to soften.

  3. Return meat to pan. Spice to taste (this will really vary by family preferen ces).

  4. Add fresh spinach and continue to cook just until spinach wilts.

  5. Remove from heat and serve with any desired toppings.
