Delicious Vegan Soy Mayo

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Soy Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Cup Oil Grapeseed or safflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon

Instructions:

  1. Add soy milk, salt, onion powder and garlic powder to blend, and blend on low speed.

  2. Slowly pour oil into the blender, then add in lemon to the mix

  3. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds.

  4. Refrigerate.
